SyncBack V3 (freeware) :: Backup USB Drive with Protected Partition

Hi,

I have a Kingston USB drive which has two partitions: one not protected and one protected (software-level password protection).
I was wondering if there a (easy) way I can fully backup my USB drive (both partitions) using SyncBack ?
