Make a copy of your current profile, and re-configure the copy as a housekeeping profile, set to skip date/time comparison and also size comparison. Then set it to use hashing (Compare Options page, top options). Then set it to Skip files on one side only (either side: they have nothing to compare with so no point trying or listing). Set it not to log Skipped files.
Then run the profile in Simulated mode (attended or otherwise). It will simulate processing (thus, list/log) only those files that exist on both sides but have different hash values. Then check the log (or have it emailed to you)
Note that this profile will hash every file that is on both sides, and will thus be s-l-o-w
