Backup only one file (last modified) from source folder

Hello,

I'm having trouble trying to achieve the following, the source folder has many files and i'm trying to backup to a local directory only one file, the file with the newest last modified date.

I then plan to run the routine once per week and each time it will download just the most recently modified file.

Can anyone point me in the right direct how to achieve this? would I be best looking at a filter or perhaps a script?

Any help would be appriciated.
