Can I have exceptional files?

Hi,

I am trying to create profiles that allow me to synchronize a folder on my home PC HDD and my office's. I use a pendrive as the media storage (thus I have 4 mirror type of profiles to achieve the above)

My problem is inside the folder being sync, there are 2 application protection files and they contain hardware related info, i.e. they must remain untouched. So, how could I create my sync profiles so that copy and delete rules are applied on all files except for that 2 files?
