Deleted Folders not Deletedin Destination!

Hi,

I have already done a search and read this FAQ page:

I have not filtered any files or folders out.

I regularly tidy up my hard drive and it is not an option to go and manually delete stuff again from the destination hard drive. That would doing the work twice.

So how exactly do I do an exact copy of everything in the User (me) including downloads, my settings, my documents, my videos, my pics etc, please?

And NOT the files and folders I have deleted.

I should point out that when I had the free version I did not have this problem. All deleted files and folders were deleted in the destination hard drive too.

I'm guessing it has to do with the line:
"If a file is only on UserDocsBackup then it is ignored."

But I do not know how to rectify this!


Here are the full details of this profile:

Files will be copied from UserDocs (C:\Users\User\) to UserDocsBackup (F:\UserDocsBackup\).

If the same file has been changed on both UserDocs and UserDocsBackup then the file on UserDocs will replace the file on UserDocsBackup.

Files only on UserDocs are copied to UserDocsBackup.
If a file is only on UserDocsBackup then it is ignored.

If an empty directory is only on UserDocs then the decision is automated.

If an empty directory is only on UserDocsBackup then the decision is automated.

The following files/folders will be ignored: *\$RECYCLE.BIN\,*\*.SBSECOR,"*\AppData\Local\Temporary Internet Files\",*\AppData\Local\Temp\,"*\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\parent.lock",*\desktop.ini,*\DfsrPrivate\,"*\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\","*\Local Settings\Temp\","*\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\",*\RECYCLER\,*\SBSE____.*,"*\System Volume Information\",*\System32\DTCLog\MSDTC.LOG,*\thumbs.db,*\win386.swp,*\Windows\csc\,*\Windows\debug\NtFrs*,*\Windows\ntfrs\jet\,*\Windows\Prefetch\,*\Windows\Registration\*.crmlog,*\Windows\sysvol\domain\DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory\,*\Windows\sysvol\domain\NtFrs_PreExisting___See_EventLog\,*\Windows\sysvol\staging\domain\NTFRS_*,*\Windows\Temp\,\hiberfil.sys,\pagefile.sys,\PGPWDE01

The profile is stored in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\2BrightSparks\SyncBack\


Please tell me how to get it to delete the files and folders in the destination.

I just want to amend the current Normal Backup profile please. Can I do this without learning how to do mirrors?

"Mirrors" totally confuse me. (don't quote me saying that out of context! )
