Freeze Leftover Wine in Ice Cube Trays for Cooking Later

Got some wine at the bottom of the bottle that you won't be able to drink before it goes stale? Salvage it by making wine ice cubes for cooking.

Lots of recipes call for white or red wine in sauces, stews, and so forth. By freezing leftover wine in ice cube trays, you'll be sure to have some wine for cooking always available. Just thaw to room temperature before adding.
