"Programs Before" batchfile runs without window

Hi,

I have a small problem with a profile that I use.

In essence, I have created an AutoIt script that is executed in the "Programs Before" section of the profile. When launching the script on its own, it works fine, when using the "Test" button in Syncback, it runs fine, too.

When being started during a scheduled profile run however, the script is called (I can see that by taking a look at some log output that the script produces), but it does not do what it is supposed to do (i.e. send some keys to some windows).

Assuming this is some kind of context/rights problem, I moved the calling of the script to a batch file. Again, calling the batch file or using the "Test" button in Syncback leads to a cmd-window being opened, the script executing and everything working as I would expect it to do.

On a scheduled run, however, the cmd-window does not get opened, although I do not use the /min or /hide switch.

I assume the two problems (the cmd-window not showing and the AutoIt script not being able to send keys to windows) are related.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this behavior?

Thanks in advance,
Arngrim
