Yeah, there is something about that one file (maybe others as well but I don't know), perhaps timing related, where it seems like the AV is still scanning it when SB is trying to rename it. What else can it be when SB reports it as being in use by another process and turning off the real time scanning of the AV program eliminates the error.
I just don't know how much attention they are going to give one problem file. Now, if other users begin reporting similar problems, it might get more attention.
By the way, just out of curiosity, I turned off safe copies and ran the profile... no error.
