Given that the proposed actions might be different each run (because the state of your files might be) and that they might include deletions and/or overwrites of one file by another, reviewing or skipping the Differences screen is up to you. Agreeing (tacitly, by skipping the review completely, or expressly, after reviewing the proposed Actions) to the proposed Actions as per the settings you choose is up to you and at your own risk. Thus, the review (the Differences window) is enabled by default as the safer option. But you can certainly skip it if you wish:
