I agree SyncBackPro is somewhat complex. However, that's the reason I use it. It gives me all the configuration options that I want. I originally started off using SyncToy, but it didn't meet my needs due to lack of configuration options.
One thing I think 2BrightSparks could do better is provide better documentation on what every feature does. The help file is helpful sometimes, but sometimes it simply doesn't give enough information about some features.
I think you guys need to put more technical details into the help file that explain exactly what every feature does. I understand that this program is made for users without programming or WinAPI knowledge. However, some of us are programmers or work in the IT field and would like the technical details on exactly what a feature will do. Sometimes the only way to explain exactly what a feature does is to give it in technical language.
