No, no bulk settings changes - except if you have already leveraged Shared Settings where applicable/available. If you have, you can change a Shared Setting via one profile that uses it, and the new setting/s will then be used in all the other profiles set to use the same Shared Setting.

If there is no option for Shared Settings, this is because they need to be profile-specific (see below) and/or have been deemed 'dangerous' (that is, users need to specifically switch away from the fail-safe defaults on a per-profile basis, and automating that switching is likely to come back to bite us)

It's also possible to set many settings as the default for new profiles (Filters and de/selections being one prominent exception, because these are (a) linked (b) dynamic, because (c) they are based on the actual file-set of that profile). You can do this via 'Click For Options', top left on any settings page. If the Save As Default options are ghosted out in the drop-down menu, this is for the same safety reasons as above.
