SyncBack V3 (freeware) :: Syncback using 100% of resources

I've been using Syncback for a while and never noticed this before. While running a profile today it slowly built up to using 100% of the processor and close to 100% of RAM and just stays there for the whole run. I've got a Core i5 M480 @ 2.67GHz and 4 gigs of RAM, and running Win 7. No other programs are running when this happens. I do have Syncback set to be very thorough and slow, and to delete to the recycle bin though. Anyone know what could be going on?
