By running the profile? If you do so manually (from the user interface), it will appear unless you have suppressed it via Modify > Expert mode > Compare Options > top two options
You can force the Differences window to appear by running the profile via Ctrl-R (after highlighting the profile, so it knows which one you mean).
If you run the profile via command-line (shortcut, Schedule, other, e.g. batch file) it will run in unattended mode and the Differences window will not be displayed - it assumes there is no-one there to see it (nor to click Continue...)
