Not 100% sure, but I think you mean 'only copy that file, without scanning each side'? Sorry, not possible. The OnChange detection is just a trigger (same as clicking Run, or using a hotkey. etcetera). The profile will then scan as normal. It works at a very deep/basic level by building a scan & compare table, and that part must be performed before the other parts of the logic (which rely on that table being present) will work (for example, the table is also used to store result codes, error messages...)
