You would have had extreme difficulty in checking the Last Successful Run, because there's no such column (value) in the freeware. All it shows is Last Run... whether that Last Run was a Success or not will be in the Result column. And yours showed Failure (which was presumably some failure or other in November? I guess checking the log would have revealed that...)
The commercial versions have both Last Run and Last Successful Run (which might hold different values) - but the freeware does not. Ipso facto, it was displaying the last date it ran - meaning the problem was that the Windows Scheduler wasn't running the profile at all
