SyncBack V3 (freeware) :: SyncBack Freeware Failure to Run as Scheduled

I am missing something. Although I think that I have all the proper preferences in place, the scheduled backup does not commence.

I have done the following:
#1. Changed "Limit local account to use of blank passwords to console only".;
#2. In Regedit, I changed LimitBlankPasswordUse from 1 to 0, in order to allow use of blank password.;
#3. I restarted my cpu, XP Professional.

I am missing something. Scheduled Backup does not Run.
