I tried to apply your advice and it really works!

Step by step:
1] I renamed and unzipped the .sps file. I got the .reg file.
2] I changed the .reg file (source and destination)
3] I started the .reg file and it affected registry (source and destination was changed)
4] I started SyncBack and checked the settings up. Source and destination was the same as in the registry.
